ReplyDeleteAutumn into winter is my favourite time of year. I don't particularly like the dark/cold mornings but now I don't need to travel to work now hopefully it will be easier. I like dark cosy evening and feeling snuggly by arranging different lightings. The colours of Autumn are devine...I shall find a picture my sister sent me the other day of my 2 nieces pumpkin picking....one of their favourite traditions.

ReplyDeleteIt's my daughters birthday on Halloween 🎃 she's 4 this year, so I love to get the house all cosy and Halloween ready... We make so many craft items too :)
ReplyDeleteI nice that it is cooler than summer, but we can still have some nice sunny days. I like the colours of the trees as they get ready to fall and most of all I love snuggling inside under a blanket on the colder days.

ReplyDeleteLove October, it begins to show Autumn in all its splendour, the changing colours, and the weather's changing moods, which invoke the cosy atmosphere. So yes, its time to bring out the snuggly jumpers, hot chocolate, and to light the open fires. Nothing better than snuggling up on the sofa with a warm drink after a family walk with the dogs and all the crunchiness underfoot.

ReplyDeleteSo many things to love in October - walking in the rustling leaves and kicking them up as I walk (my husband says to be careful in case there's any doggy doo doo in there but who cares ROFL), pumpkin carving and toffee apples, yum!
