  6. Although in a general sense we all know the effects of low blood sugar on thinking I used to be skeptical about the effects of what we eat on the ability to think. I am to a certain extent dyslexic and volunteered for a study in our local university psychology dept. At the beginning of the study one side of my brain was measured to be quicker the other, but after a course of Omega 3 oils the two sides were much more the same. I was surprised at that result be wonder how many other foods might ave an effect.
